The Always Running Triathlon Series runs for 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings starting at 6pm:
- Triathlon 101 Series 1 starts May 12
- Triathlon 101 Series 2 starts June 3
The Always Running Triathlon Series includes:
- Triathlon basics: what to wear, gear that is needed, etc.
- Guidance through every aspect of triathlon preparation
- Coached group runs, bike rides and open water swims
- Practice race transitions and brick workouts
- Basic bike maintenance, including how to change a flat
