The first 10 people to sign up for the Always Running Triathlon Series will receive a free private session of your choice on swimming, biking or running.

The Always Running Triathlon Series runs for 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings starting at 6pm:

  • Triathlon 101 Series 1 starts May 12
  • Triathlon 101 Series 2 starts June 3

The Always Running Triathlon Series includes:

  • Triathlon basics: what to wear, gear that is needed, etc.
  • Guidance through every aspect of triathlon preparation
  • Coached group runs, bike rides and open water swims
  • Practice race transitions and brick workouts
  • Basic bike maintenance, including how to change a flat
