This is the first meeting with an Always Running Coach. During this time we will gather information about your personal history, workout history and your lifestyle. These are all pieces that will be incorporated into your personal training program to help you achieve your goal. You will learn about Always Running services, the coaching philosophies, as well as policies and procedures. Realizing that everyone has different commitments in life, Always Running develops an individual program that is tailored to fit the individual. We want to design the program to fit you and not have you rearrange your life to fit your program. The free consultation is also your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about Always Running's coaches and its training programs. Together, we need to determine how much time you have to commit to your training program. Does your schedule yield enough space for you to succeed and complete your training goal?
We will ask about all past and present injuries as well as other medical concerns just to get an idea of these areas and how they will impact the development of your personalized training program.
The final stage of the free consult is to answer any additional questions and determine if you feel the program is right for you. In most cases, we sign clients to a 3 month contract to start. During this time, the Always Running coaches will develop the relationship with the client to fully understand how they respond to training with respect to their personal life and commitments.
At the end of the 3 month package, the Coach and client decide whether to graduate to the maintenance program which is 30-50% less expensive or if they need an additional 3 month package.
