Our beginner triathlon program is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

We’ll walk you through exactly what to expect before you hit the start line.


The beginner program focuses on:

  • Swim Basics – You won’t be intimidated by the swim after we teach you open water swim and group swim essentials
  • Learn to Run – Proper shoe fit, running form, and injury prevention
  • Bike Fundamentals – Shopping for a bike, handling skills, how to fix a flat tire

This is the program for those who are looking to take minutes off their next triathlon or reach a new distance goal.

We have clients each year that successfully complete 70.3 (half Ironman) and Ironman distances.

Our program works with your family, social, and work commitments to juggle training for all three sports.






The experienced program focuses on:

  • Swim Technique – Advanced technique for power and speed
  • Bike Strengthening – Power, drills, and positioning for comfort and efficiency
  • Run Development – Varied workouts, courses, and terrain for a strong finish
  • Transition Improvement – Skills for the most proficient transition
