This is Always Running’s most intensive program, designed for those who have come to the decision to lose excess weight for good. To qualify for this program, you must either be an overweight individual (BMI 25-30) who struggles to exercise consistently or you must be an obese to severely obese individual (BMI 30-40).
The Weight Loss Intensive gives you the support to take control of your health once and for all. The risks of excess weight are numerous - sleep apnea, high blood pressure, joint pain, back pain, stress on the heart and lungs, heart disease, diabetes, shortness of breath difficulty conceiving, and for some, early death. If you are morbidly obese, you cannot afford the excuses of boredom, cost, or difficulty with time management. If you do not make the time for your health, your body will force you to take the time to attend to it with consequences far greater than a change in your lifestyle. If you do not make these changes today, where will you be five years from now?
Always Running has developed a weight loss program geared around lifestyle changes that combines fitness, nutrition, group camaraderie and a support team to help you achieve your goals. The Always Running coaches will gather information about stress levels, sleep, time management, work and family commitments to create an individualized program to meet your needs. We'll motivate you by incorporating activities you enjoy and adding other options to maintain variety and prevent boredom in your workouts. Always Running coaches will be in contact with you as often as daily to assess and adjust your individual schedule.
Always Running is looking for those who are ready and willing to do what it takes to achieve a healthy lifestyle that will enhance the rest of their days. If you are not ready to take this step, we respect that and wish the best for you. Should you come to the place where you are willing to do the work and receive the support, we will have a spot waiting for you.
